The doctor gumagamit ng ultrasound probe to check kung nasaan ang placenta mo, kung low-lying, anterior, posterior, or whatever position, and it takes just a few minutes lang as part of your regular prenatal check or when they need to confirm the position kaya don't worry, it's painless and safe. A few of us moms had this done especially around 2nd-3rd trimester kapag may concerns sila kung saan pwedeng mag-deliver safely, so if your doctor recommended it, just go ahead and it'll give you clear answers about your baby's setup.
