Pinoy parents, can you give me some tips on how to cook a perfect rice? Whenever I do it the bottom always burns.

I agree. Just use rice cooker. Haha! It's really hard to cook rice at first but with constant practice, you can get a perfectly cooked rice eventually. I cook ours with a medium fire, and when it boils, I turn it down to low fire. Using thick pots may help as it can distributed the evenly. Don't forget to put an ample amount of water.
