How do I get rid of the phlegm? I'm having cough and cold and I keep peeing every single time.

The phlegm in my throat is really uncomfy. What do I do?

Constantly sipping warm water works. Ginger, chamomile or peppermint tea works too. Peeing is okay, it helps to clear toxins from your body and partly cause your uterus is pressing on your bladder so you’ll pee more often.

Try to put 1 green lime, half a teaspoon honey if can use manuka honey & salted plum. Mix with hot water about 300ml & drink.
