Sayang, any sudden abdominal pain in pregnancy kena check dengan doctor atau midwife properly, even if it goes away when you lie down okay. 14 weeks tu memang ada banyak things happening dalam perut, tapi better safe than sorry lah, boleh gastric, boleh ligament stretching, atau boleh something else yang doctor kena tengok je. Kalau sakit parah, bleeding, atau demam, jangan tahan, go to clinic or A&E straightaway. Otherwise, call your midwife or book an appointment ASAP and describe exactly how the pain feels so they can assess properly. Jangan delay, okay?
