Hmm, at 34 weeks sakit perut yang frequent memang perlu check dengan doctor, especially if it feels like gastrik, bisa jadi heartburn which is super common in late pregnancy, tapi dia boleh jadi something else jugak, so better safe than sorry lah. A few of my mum friends ada yang kena severe reflux towards the end, tapi some needed more serious checking, so don't self-diagnose je, call your gynae or clinic and describe the pain, lokasi, dan bila it happens sebab they'll want to rule out things like preeclampsia symptoms or other complications. In the meantime if it's truly gastrik-like, makanan yang meletak (fried, spicy, acidic) memang trigger, so try smaller frequent meals and avoid lying down right after makan, tapi the doctor visit is still a must.
