Sounds like Braxton Hicks lah, especially at 37 weeks, very common and nothing to worry about if no pain. But honestly, since you're getting them quite often, best to just give your doctor or midwife a quick call to confirm everything's okay, especially to rule out anything else. A few of my mum friends had the same thing towards the end and their docs said it was just the body practising, but better safe than sorry lor, especially with how frequent yours is happening!
