Based sa usual calculation, ang LMP mo Dec.18 plus 40 weeks should put your due date around late September, so it does match up with what the health center told you, ang October 10 ultrasound result ng Sept 25 EDC ay consistent na! The ultrasound dating in early pregnancy is usually very accurate kaya pwede kang magtiwala dyan, lalo na kung that scan was done early (first or early second trimester). A few of us mums actually had the same situation na slightly different dates sa LMP vs ultrasound, pero ang docs explained na ang ultrasound lang talaga ang most reliable, especially kung done before 20 weeks. Para sure ka na talaga, I'd still ask your OB to confirm and explain the exact basis nila ng dating, just to be 100% sure!
