Ay, normal lang yung brown spotting lalo na kung pagsisimula pa lang ng period mo, pero kung on and off lang yung cramps na parang di consistent, baka worth checking with your OB para sure! A few of us dito had similar experiences and sometimes it's just hormonal fluctuations, pero mas peace of mind kapag na-confirm ng doctor especially if it's bugging you. In the meantime, try warm compress or paracetamol if needed, pero don't ignore it kung tumatagal or lumalaki yung pain, ah.
