Mixfed changing to ebf

Aww mama, ang poop changes talaga when you switch to EBF kaya don't worry too much! Usually it becomes more yellow, seedy, and mas frequent pa, that's actually normal and it means baby's adjusting well sa breast milk lang. Pero if you're noticing anything na talagang off like very watery, may blood, or baby seems uncomfortable, better check with your pedia para peace of mind lang, kasi may differences din per baby at minsan may adjustment period talaga. A few of us mums went through this transition at we were so worried pero once we understood what's normal, mas relax na kami, hehe!
