Sa 10 month old twins ko, Ung nap time hindi nasusunod kasi depends kasi sa pagod nila, although they are having 1 nap in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Sa night sleep, before 10pm tulog na sila and Strict sa timings ng night sleep
