I really feel you on this, being a first-time mum trying to find the right infant care is so stressful and you just want to make sure your little one is in good hands. I don't have personal experience with Global Tots East Gate specifically, but a friend of mine did send her child there and she said the teachers were warm and attentive, and she felt comfortable leaving her baby there each morning. The discount-for-reviews thing is worth keeping in mind just so you go in with your eyes open, but her overall experience was quite positive lah. Maybe also pop by for a centre tour yourself so you can get a feel for the environment and ask the teachers questions directly.
