Effects of IUD

Hello parents! I'm on IUD since March 2019, I gave birth December 24, 2018, and still exclusively breastfeeding our baby. I had my first menstruation 8 months after giving birth. After nun, hindi na ko niregla ulit, and I don't feel pregnant. I gave birth 4 times already and I have a certain feels when I am preggy. Is that one of the side effects of IUD? Any thoughts? Thank you :)

I’m not really sure with IUD pero nung naka-implant din ako I bled for the first three months after insertion then after that I hardly get my period for more than a year. Maybe it also has to do with us breastfeeding our kids. If you’re really worried, you should consult your OB. Hope my answer helped.
