Is breastfeesing srill ok when mommy is sick?

Hello parents, I'm down with a flu for almost 3days, I was ok yestersay pero mukhang nabinat because namalengke at nagbake ako g cookies the moment I felt ok. Kagabi sobrang sakit ng ulo ko, the elders say it was Binat because my head feels like splitting in two and I can't get up. However my bunso turning 1 tomorrow Dec24 will turn 1 and I'm still nursing her I never gave formula milk ever. Is it still ok to breastfeed even when I'm sick? Really cant get up to get checked
