Parents, how do you deal with situations when you're watching a movie and an unexpected sex scene comes up?

Growing up, I was always asked to cover up my eyes but of course there would be times that the kids get curious. I think it will be all the more better if you watch kid-appropriate movies if your baby is around. That way, you can be totally safe from all the unwanted sex scenes.

I have taught my boys to cover their eyes and explained early on that there are scenes not meant for kids their age. Up to now, they are 6 and 8, they remember to do that even without me telling them.

I will talk to my kids to divert their attention. That's the easiest way to do aside from asking them to cover their eyes and look away.
