Well, there’s no wrong here although it’s not recommended. They might fall asleep with milk in their mouth, leading to cavities. You can try to reduce the milk by ounces if you don’t want to go cold turkey.

It’s ok. Some children take longer. Try for a larger feed before sleep?

They don’t need night feeds of milk at this age.
