Baby Covid +, seems ok but peeing less than usual

Hi parents, any experience on the above? My girl seems to be fine, no fever. Day 4 +. But peeing less than usual for 24 hours. Diapers are mostly quite dry. Still active and drinking as per normal. Do I need to be concerned? :(( pls help. #firstbaby #firstmom

make sure she’s well hydrated. if can’t consume water can feed her rehydration liquids like hydralyte
