Aw mama, that schedule sounds absolutely grueling for both of you, you're both running on empty and that's already a lot without adding tension sa relationship. From what you're sharing, twice or thrice a week drinking after work doesn't sound like full-blown alcoholism yet, but if it's becoming a pattern to cope with stress and it's affecting his mood and your home vibe, that's worth talking about honestly with him when you're both rested (I know, easier said than done). A few of my mum friends went through similar rough patches with exhausted partners and found that couples counseling or even just one session really helped them get on the same page, sometimes we just need a neutral person to help us hear each other kapag both burnt out na. Maybe suggest that to him, or at least have a calm conversation about what you both need to feel better, kasi honestly you two deserve support, not just each other's exhaustion, and if the drinking or tension keeps building, it's worth getting professional eyes on it, for your sake and baby's.
