Hb low mkn jambu batu, delima, kerang, susu kambing.. elakkn minuman berkafein.. sy bln lpas mmg jaga sgt, smpai hb naik trlbih tggi .. 15.6😅 dr 11.1.. hb normal 11-14.. hb xde kne mngena dgn minum air gula.. air gula tu biasanya kne minum klau umur 25keats, ad kturunan diabetes n sbb brat naik mndadak pn kne minum kot😅
