Pano mag bilang ng weeks

Alam mo, it depends kung saan ka nagsisimula, if you're counting pregnancy weeks, it's from your last menstrual period (LMP), so kung sabihin ang doctor mo 8 weeks, that's 8 weeks from the first day ng last period mo. But if you're talking about baby's age after birth, then you count from the delivery date, so 1 week old means 7 days after birth, 2 weeks is 14 days, ganyan lang! A few of us moms used to get confused dito kaya gumawa kami ng small calendar or marker sa phone para hindi mawala count, super helpful!
