I know naubusan ka ng supplies, pero health stuff during pregnancy really needs your doctor's go-ahead, hindi lang any medicine or product ang okay for pregnancy. Text or call your OB clinic agad to ask, or if urgent, go to the hospital. A few of us mums nag-panic din dito before, pero mas peace of mind talaga pag naconfirm ng doctor.
