Ay, CS recovery talaga ay mahaba, most mums I know say around 6 weeks bago sila comfortable ulit, pero ang full healing ng tahi inside ay umabot ng 3-4 months pa. The incision itself closes quickly, pero ang layers underneath need time pa talaga, kaya important na take it easy during those first weeks at sundin ang advice ng OB mo. If you're worried about anything during healing, like unusual pain, bleeding, or signs ng infection, definitely check with your doctor agad kasi mas better na safe lang.
