Aww mama, eye irritation sa babies can be tricky talaga, if what the pedia gave isn't helping or parang tumataas pa, definitely go back and tell the doctor na hindi effective or bumabagal lang, kasi baka need ng different approach or may underlying cause pang di nakita. A few of us moms have been there din, and sobrang important talaga na i-monitor closely dahil sa mata, so better safe than sorry!
