Open cervix 1cm

Pahelp mga mamsh😭 37weeks & 5days. Galing ko lang hospital and sabe ni doc 1cm palang dw ako. Pero grabe😭 yung sakit ng puson ko umpisa kagabe😭 wala akong tulog di ako mkatulog kasi 3mins interval ng sakit. Aside sa pineapple fruit & juice ano po yung alam nyo pampadagdag cm? Sakto dn ako sa exercise. Sobrang sakit hanggang ngayon masakit pa dn.😭😭

Mama, alam ko sobrang scary 'to, pero please go back to the hospital or call your OB right now, hindi dapat you're in that much pain na walang tulog for hours, kailangan i-check agad. At 37+ weeks with contractions every 3 minutes, kailangan ng proper monitoring, hindi home remedies, the doc needs to see you again to make sure everything's okay with baby and you. Once you're cleared, we can talk about what helped, pero prioritize getting to the hospital muna talaga. Sending you so much strength, mama, you've got this.
