4 months movement

Hindi na po yan unusual sa 4 months, marami sa amin na hindi pa talaga nararamdaman ng malinaw, especially kung first pregnancy mo or if the placenta is in front (anterior placenta yan ang culprit sa dami nating cases!). Pero since gusto mo talaga ng peace of mind, check it out with your OB na lang para ma-confirm na lahat okay with baby; some doctors do an ultrasound just to reassure, at yan na rin ang best way to be sure!
