Honestly, sa 1 month old pa lang, I'd say hold off muna if possible kasi ayaw mo ng nipple confusion, lalo na kung breastfeeding pa lang, pero if kailangan mo talaga (like para sa soothing when you're overwhelmed), go for orthodontic type like Philips Avent or Tommee Tippee, a few of us tried those and they're closer sa breast shape. Ang tip ng one of my mum friends is to introduce palang after 3-4 weeks when breastfeeding is solid na, para safe!
