4 - WALANG SAPILITAN. Pag nagoffer ako ng new food at ayaw nya itry, iiwan ko lang sa plate nya. Eventually ay maku-curious syang tikman on his own. Kapag hindi nya nagustuhan, huwag pilitin pero keep on offering sa ibang pagkakataon ☺️ Normal lang na hindi nya magustuhan ang bago sa panlasa nya kahit upto 10x mo na itry, basta keep on offering. Hindi dapat nya maincorporate as a traumatic activity ang meal times. 5 - Encourage and offer lots of praises kapag kumakain sya. 6 - In SOME instances na super busy sya with playing at ayaw nya kumain, iuupo namin sya sa high chair and let him play there habang sinusubuan na lang namin sya (since normally ay kumakain na talaga sya mag-isa) 7 - Build a routine/ schedule kung kailan ang eating time nya. Huwag pakainin ng something heavy kapag malapit na ang meal time. 8 - Offer a variety of foods-- fruits, veggies, ulam, kanin, oats, etc... Iba-iba dapat dahil kapag paulit-ulit ay madali rin makasawaan. Try offering din in other forms and texture. For ex. potato-- try it boiled, mashed, fried, etc... hiwain ng pahaba, flat, cubes, etc...
Hindi naman po required na mag-cow's milk sya lalo na at breastfeeding pa rin sya (that's already the best milk there is ☺️). Focus po on giving a variety of nutritious solid foods, option lang ang milk as a food variation. 2yo na si lo ko, extended breastfeeding kami. On average, mga 200 ml of milk lang nako-consume nya in a week. Pero malakas sya kumain ng solids at hindi sakitin. ☺️
I see, posible po na naging mataas na po kasi tolerance nya sa salt and sweets, kaya anything else ay nagiging matabang na sa panlasa nya ☺️ Good luck mommy!
