Hey mama, ang pinakamadaling way is to go personally sa nearest PhilHealth office with your ID and employment documents, they can update your status right away, lalo na kung may change sa work situation mo na! A few of us tried doing it online through their website pero honestly, mas mabilis talaga ang personal visit, especially if may complications like sa case mo na.
