Use wet washcloth with warm water. Ring out the washcloth well so that no excess water will drip inside baby's ear. Gently rub the washcloth around the outer ear to pick up any wax build-up there. If there is wax build-up inside baby’s ear, see your pediatrician before buying any baby ear wax drops.

Gumagamit ako cottonbuds for infants or clean white cotton cloth.
