Alam ko na frustrating ito, lalo na malapit na! Honestly, 1cm per week is actually normal pa rin sa third trimester, walang fixed timeline talaga for cervical dilation kaya don't stress too much. A few of us tried walking, pelvic exercises, and just staying active, pero ang totoo lang, your body will dilate when it's ready, some of us dilated quickly lang days before, iba naman gradual talaga. Best talaga na i-ask your OB about this sa next checkup para makita niya ang exact progress mo and if there's anything safe na pwede gawin to help, kasi bawat pregnancy talaga ay different, and they know your full situation best.
