42 weeks and cs

Aw, first time mommy ka pa! 42 weeks is really long na, kaya I understand kung stressed ka, a few of us in our mum circle went overdue din and ended up with CS, and honestly ang pinaka-importante lang is na healthy ka at ang baby mo in the end. Your OB probably explained na by that point the placenta might not be working as well anymore, kaya safer talaga mag-CS na, but I'd really suggest having a detailed chat with your doctor about what to expect sa procedure and recovery since they know your full situation best. Sending you strength, mama, CS recovery is tough (the incision care, the limited movements first few weeks), pero marami kaming mommas na nag-adjust fine naman, especially with good family support at patience with yourself.
