Hi! I'm not sure exactly kung bukas na ba ang St. Luke's BGC charity program right now kasi alam mo, maraming bagay na nag-adjust pa rin, pero best approach talaga is to call them directly, a few of us just nag-contact through their main line or FB page and sila mismo ang nag-guide sa amin through the requirements. Better na direct inquiry para updated ka talaga on their current process!
