Uy mama, this is really something you need to talk to your OB about ASAP, don't wait, okay? Cervical changes at 39 weeks need proper medical check-up, hindi lang pang-advice lang. I know it's stressful, first time pa! But honestly, only your doctor can safely assess kung ano ang best para sa situation mo, walking, positions, lahat yan kailangan i-discuss with them based on your actual condition. A few of us mums waited it out under doctor's supervision naman, some needed help, pero lagi may doctor guiding. Please don't hesitate to call your OB or go to the hospital if may concerns ka, lalo na at malapit na ang 39 weeks. Rooting for you!
