Hi all...only 6days off delivery...my breast hurts even just lil pressure touch...try pumping bt not much..what should i do to relieve the pain and pump out bm?
There are many ways to reduce the pain n swelling, you can google for these methods. However if they still don't work then you may wish to contact the hospital and get pain killers etc
