Once a leopard, always a leopard. Anyway of changing someone?

Perhaps more context to the situation would help, but I usually try to make them think the change was their idea. Personality changes is about ownership. The leopard has to realise and accept that its spots might be hurting someone and therefore want to change.

I think the only way a person can change is if he/she wants to change themselves!
