At 16 weeks marami nang lumalaki ang belly because ng baby, amniotic fluid, at uterus expansion, hindi lang baby ang tumutubo, kaya it's definitely possible na makita mo na ngayon. One of my friends actually showed at 14 weeks, while another didn't until 20+, so every pregnancy talaga is different! The itchiness is super common din because of skin stretching, so maybe try keeping it moisturized and wearing loose, breathable clothes para mas comfortable ka. But if you're really worried about the size or anything feels off, check with your OB lang to make sure everything's progressing well!
