Hello. Pinag start ako ng OB ko ng Ferrous when I was 5mos preggy. Pero dhil may tira pa akong folic acid that time, pinaubos na muna nia then switched to ferrous.

Ako nung 5th month ko umiinom pa din ako folic as per my OB's advise tapos ngayon 6th months na ko tinigil ko na, ibang vitamins na nireseta ng OB ko
