Boiled shells

Hi mama! By "boiled shells" do you mean seafood shells like shrimp or clam shells, or something else? Either way, I'd really suggest checking with your doctor first, lalo na if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, kasi there can be safety concerns depending on what it is.
