Breastfeeding while pregnant

Okay lang naman yun, maraming moms na nag-continue ng breastfeeding habang pregnant, lalo na kung kaya mo physically, ang main thing lang is make sure you're eating enough kasi double ang demand ng body mo, sa baby mo na sumususo at sa buo sa loob. That said, since every pregnancy is different, better check with your OB para ma-rule out if may contraindications sa case mo or kung may concerns like uterine contractions, some doctors might have specific advice depende sa situation mo. Ang good news is 11 months pa lang ang baby mo so may wiggle room pa kayo magadjust if needed, pero the decision is really between you and your doctor!

Okay lang po, eat well and rest din po, ako sa first child ko pregnant kay 2nd baby, up until nag lelabor ako nag papabf pa po ako, hanggan tandem bf po ng 2yrs 🤗
