hindi naman mandatory ang OGTT momsh. If second pregnancy mo na, with no risk factors, it's optional to get OGTT test. But if 1st pregnancy mo, I highly suggest you take it. There aren’t really any physical symptoms of gestational diabetes for moms, so I think it’s better to be safe than sorry. ☺️
