These include: frozen tuna, striped bass, bluefish, Chilean sea bass, golden snapper, marlin, orange roughy, amberjack, and Crevalle jack. Instead, you can opt for salmon, trout, anchovies, herring, sardines, and shad per week. These will give you enough Omega-3 to be passed on to your baby through breastmilk; and contain minimal levels of mercury.

Hi! Well, to consume raw foods by nursing mother does not pose a problem for the baby. There is a very rare possibility for the the mother to suffer from food poisoning, but it would definitely not affect the breastfeeding. In fact, eating raw food can actually provide nutritional values to the baby. So, no need to worry while eating raw food :)
No issue. Raw food will only affect fetus when it is still in the womb for fear of risk of bacterial infection passing to it via placenta.
