How To Avoid Cord Coil??

Is it OK to sleep on ur back and sometimes on ur ryt or left. Sometimes it's uneasy to always stay on each sides. I get comfy on my back. How to avoid cord coil?? How about if ur moving frequently during sleeping time?

I think cord coil happens depending on baby's movement inside and there's nothing you can do about it or ask your OB :)
