Off is NOT safe for infants or children as it contains harmful chemicals. And anything with DEET should be avoided. I would dress baby so that arms and legs are covered. And buy one of those nets that fit over stroller. When baby is older, I would look into organic lines of insect repellent like Kiss My Face or Burts Bees.
