Oh no I think our helper is stealing from my wallet. Should I confront her or try to catch in the act? Any recommendations for hidden cams?

My maid was stealing from my bag which was inside our room that was locked! However, she knows or observe me pala where i put the key. So, when i go to cr to take a bath, she goes to my room and steal. Since i know na ganon style nya.. i put my laptop on, camera recording, pero nka black na screen.. so she didnt know that i was recording... then when she was inside the room...i take a 1meter curtain rod and strike her on the head...after an hour shes inside the jail na... And btw, she tried to deny that she steal... thats when i let the police and the brgy saw the laptop footage.. so its very very impt to have a cctv/evidence... believe me, she will deny it...itll be ur word against her....
