Crying always

Oh dear! Y is my baby crying so much?? He had his milk and solids, he have his nap, he already pooped and have a lot of playtime. Check his temperature and was normal 36.2.... Refused to sleep and cry every now and then...is it a sign of teething? Help!!!!
