Hey mama, it's totally normal to overthink this, nangyari na rin sa ilan sa amin! The heavy bleeding with clots a week after the initial postpartum bleeding could've been your period trying to come back, pero 3 months postpartum pa lang so it's still unpredictable especially if you're breastfeeding (kaya mas delayed talaga). Since you're a CS mom, your body might take a bit longer to regulate din, and honestly, every mama's different, some ng mum friends ko 4-5 months bago regular ulit. I'd really suggest checking with your OB just to be sure everything's okay down there, especially since may clots and it was super heavy, para peace of mind mo na! Wag mag-worry too much for now, your body's still recovering, and it will get back on track, mamsh.
