Cefuroxime (Altacef) Safe for Pregnant Women?

Hello! My OB recommended me to drink Cefuroxime to treat my UTI. But the only available medicine in the local pharmacy is Altacef brand, has anyone tried this? I’m thinking it should be the same since it’s also Cefuroxime, probably a different brand lang. Please let me know and share your experience! #firstmom here :)
