Hello, my OB prescribed Mosvit for me, pero di ko talaga mainom yung softgel. Naiisip ko palang, nasusuka na ako. Okay lang kaya na butasin ko ung softgel then collect the liquid inside of it tas yun ung iinumin ko? Penge advice please huhu Thank you!

Anak, please ask your OB directly about this before you try anything, they prescribed it for a reason, at baka may specific way dapat itake para effective talaga! Different forms of medicine work differently sa katawan natin, so better safe than sorry. One of my mum friends had the same issue with a supplement, at sinabi ng doctor niya may alternative formulation na available, so ask yours din if may options or if pwedeng i-adjust ang intake.
