im in second trimester i have question about my sinusitis wht is the best medicine during pregnancy

my ob gave me Spray but i think its not effective

Salinase spray is not really medicine, pang relieve lang yan ng clogged nose. Bawal kasi mag gamot ang pregnant. My OB advised me before more water and Vit C lang.
