Number 1 tip is ask for your OB’s contact number in case of emergency. Marami akong napapansin sa feeds na may spotting/bleeding but di sila makapunta since di pa schedule ng check up.

I'd add na dapat din i-save mo ang emergency hotline ng hospital where you'll deliver, kasi minsan ang OB ay nasa ibang hospital or maternity clinic, and pag may sudden bleeding or severe pain, you need to know kung saan ka agad pupunta without thinking, hindi ka na maghihintay ng text back or uwian. My OB gave me a list of what counts as "go to the ER now" (heavy bleeding, severe cramping, water breaking) versus "can wait till morning" spotting, which helped me not panic unnecessarily pero also not hesitate pag serious na.
