Postpartum hairloss

NP 3months old baby boy Hi mga mamsh, I'm currently experiencing postpartum hairloss/ hairfall as in grabe maglagas at ang kapal. ask lng po ako suggestion ng remedy . tsaka short haircut na pwede sa buhaghag ang hair. TIA!
